All balances are carried over automatically, meaning your balance will reflect with the new contract in the same wallet address without you having to do anything.
Starting from now, stop ✋ doing on-chain transactions with the old contract, since they will be rejected and you will lose all associated gas fees.
Make sure your wallet or exchange is using the new RSR contract before doing on-chain transactions with it.
You can also add the new contract manually to your wallet, just look for an "add custom token" option or similar and copy paste the new contract address:
